There is no charge for the first meeting (which usually lasts about 20 minutes) so we can find out if we feel if coaching indoors the right thing for each of us.

Q: How long is each session?
The first session can last up to two hours, and subsequent sessions are generally around 90 minutes.
Fresh Air outdoor sessions are three hours.
